I am rejecting this response because: When I contacted the Company the Supervisor in charge was very disrespectful, and would not let me finish my complaint with the Company. They had no right  entering  on to  my property without my permission. He then  advising me  that they had every right to enter the premise he was screaming at me on the phone. I contacted PBSO and they said they do not have permission to enter without notice unless it is FPL, or a ****************** The whole point is if I had aggressive dogs and if they enter on to my property and they got bitten I would have been reliable for that along with homeowners. They had no right to enter without permission and left a hole in the yard, there was notice on the door or on the fence nothing. I am very unhappy with this Company.

      Sincerely,

******* Land Surveyors have the right to entry to complete survey data collection and it is covered by this statute.

472.029 Authorization to enter lands of third parties; conditions.(1) IN GENERAL.Surveyors and mappers or their subordinates may go on, over, and upon the lands of others when necessary to make surveys and maps or locate or set monuments, and, in so doing, may carry with them their agents and employees necessary for that purpose. Entry under the right granted by this subsection does not constitute trespass, and surveyors and mappers and their duly authorized agents or employees so entering are not liable to arrest or to a civil action by reason of such entry; however, this subsection does not give authority to registrants, subordinates, agents, or employees to destroy, injure, damage, or move any physical improvements on lands of another without the written permission of the landowner.

The hole would have been dug for a survey marker and half of the monument belongs to the neighbor. I can only assume this landowner does not like the location and was told their boundary was somewhere else. Never-the-less this complaint has no basis and should be completely removed.

      Signed,

      ************************, P.S.M.

Flat out not true. We are in fact allowed to trespass, read previous statute. Not only that, we knocked on her door that day, and she decided not to answer. My senior project manager reached out to her yesterday to see if he could come over and look/repair the damage.

From my Director: I spoke with her and there was no reasoning with her. If we had not left our pin flags with the company logo and number on it as a courtesy she would never have known we were there. He goes on to say, I also communicated that we are lawfully permitted to access adjoining properties and assured her that we knocked on her door before doing so, but she was not home, and therefor we proceeded with our work.
