      Quote was not written said they would e-mail quote. Never received e-mail, verbal quote was not the same when asked for the remaining price. Paid $250 down for service. Also dates were changed with out notification. Not a reliable company to deal with Very unprofessional.

      Hi, our estimator quoted $3200 with a 10% discount, which makes the total $2880. Mr. ***** received a copy of said estimate, along with his final invoice reflecting his paid $250 deposit on March *******. His final balance was $2630. QuickBooks shows us he viewed said invoice 4 times, twice on 3-20-25 when it was originally sent and twice on 4-21-25 the date of his install and this complaint. Mr. ***** said yesterday when he called he was quoted $2300 originally, I believe he was transposing the original amount of $3200 by accident. His invoice (5407) was never modified or changed in any way. I would love to provide all documentation for both Mr. ***** and the BBB. Our owner, Mr. ********** even spoke to Mr. ***** yesterday to try and smooth this over. We here at A+ Gutters always strive to make our services a seamless, easy and transparent process for our customers as we value our customers above all.

      I had great experience with A+ Gutters. They were prompt with my estimate. Showed up on time and did a quality job on installing my gutters and leaf guards. The installation looks amazing nd the gutters have been working like they promised. I highly recommend this small local business. They really focus on customer service which is why I was so compelled to write this review. In a world full of hate & bad reviews I just thought I'd take the time to talk about our positive experience. You only hear negative reviews on these platforms hardly any positives. Kudos to you *** for providing such a quality job at an affordble price. It was easy to go with your company when you match competitors pricing and offer a lifetime workmanship warranty. Thank you so much!!!
