    If I could give zero stars, I would.My wife has been coming to Braman to get her Honda CR-V serviced for years, and we decided to patronize them for a vehicle. My father-in-law was helping us by contacting the dealership online, and we were given a quote for a Honda Accord Hybrid Touring 2024 of $38.9K.I was also told that they can get us the color we wanted - Canyon River Blue - in 24 to 48 hours.We set up a 5:30 pm appointment and arrived early. We just left, an hour later, with no vehicle, because they decided that they "had a problem" and said they should not have quoted us that quote and wanted to sell me a lower model for that price.I have been to many dealerships and I know the game - you want to try to upsell me on as many things as you can - but this is ridiculous and a waste of my wife's and my time.It is clear that this dealership lacks appropriate communication to know what their Internet reps are quoting, and beside that, who is approving these quotes?******, I know that dealerships get these vehicles wholesale and for a **** of a lot cheaper than their crazy mark ****** gave me a quote, you honor that quote. If you are looking to have the dealership make the decisions on everything about your car purchase, come to Braman Honda.If you want a dealer that will stand by their word and honor a deal that they themselves gave, I would go anywhere else.I will NEVER again consider patronizing Braman Honda or any of the Braman dealers as I have lost all faith in the name Braman.
