      Stay away, They talk the talk but do not follow through with their promise of plan of action, They told us they would make one room clean, and then move everything into that room. They choose our game room to be that space. I showed ***** a slab of wood that was leaning against the wall. the back side was covered in ****. After they ushered us out of our home for 4 weeks, we rented a place, which cost another small fortune. When we got back into our house, I looked behind the slab of wood. They had not cleaned it or the debris on the floor. There was no dehumidifier or air scrubber in the room, so now what was left of our furniture was covered by mold. They had already thrown out all beds, mattresses and frames, the couch and most of the "soft furniture". Now they went back at it again. They failed the inspection two times after cleaning and refused to test a third time before adding a surcharge for excessive handling. If they had done as they said in the beginning it would have been done in half the time . We were out of our home for three months. When we got back inside, I looked at the dryer vent, it was full of dust and mold. I also took of the drain covers of the showers, and they were covered with thick black mold. In the garage they had wrapped things with plastic, saying that they could not clean these porous surfaces? However most of what was there was either painted, closet bifold doors and other things that clearly had a varnish finish and was not porous at all. There was no rime or reason to what the did??? They charged an excessive fee for what they delivered, and then it cost me another small fortune to replace what they threw out. They were supposed to check with us before getting rid of anything, but that did not happen either. By the time it was over we are over $100,000. in the hole. DO NOT USE LAKESIDE!!!
