      I came her to wash several loads of laundry. I spent 50 minutes waiting for a dryer to be completed. When opening the dryer, everything was cold, and my clothes were still drenched. I called the number provided and tried to explain what happened. He told me I couldn’t be refunded and I spent a lot of money here. He then agreed to call his manager which I assume is the owner. The owner came turned off my dryer that was running with the wet clothes via his app that runs his business. He told me to get out which is fine. he was holding a bottle of beer, then proceeded to argue about how much I spent so I pulled it up on my checking. He came outside and recorded me calling me Karen. He videoed my car said it was white said that I was trying to fraud him and I was only out five dollars he said on the video. He then walked around my car and videoed my license plate. I called the police and they said there was nothing to do about him videoing. I also have a video of him doing this. I am not a Karen , I did not fraud him. He also has this video in his business with sound because I saw him pull me up to watch me do what I did before he got there and I heard the sound. this man is an ugly man and I have to worry about me on some video and my license plate being shown. I had to put one star just to do this, but he doesn’t deserve any stars. This is a terrible place with a terrible owner. this is a vacation spot and I can’t believe he treats people like that and I’m a local so if you’re a vacation or do not come here to do your laundry, I wasted a whole hour of my life and this is ridiculous.
