    Don't rent from these people. They're *********. First off you're not dealing with a full deck of cards with the bother and sister. So communication is very spotty. Second they don't repair anything and when you move out, they question why its broken. They left a wall filled with water before I moved out. Who knows how much mold they have and didn't bother to look. Entire drywall swelled and paint fell off. Also moving out, they kept $570 of my security deposit for a **** on the floor one of my bookshelves rubber bumpers on the bottom made. Barely noticeable, they didn't even see it on the final inspection walk through. Normal wear and tear. The lady wanted a brand new unit when I left. It wasn't worth fighting in court because of the people I was dealing with. Cant fight stupid.Just a heads up ***********. Shalor Waterfront LLC. Don't test these people.
