      This company is the worst. They steal your money (and energy). Waited 3 months for a part for our microwave. They repaired it. 1 month later microwave broke again, they said they need another part, waited another 4 months. When they come to repair it for second time they say never mind you need another piece. It takes up to 8 weeks and it is $200. The people on the phone are horrible. When I call to report something they say: "Oh it is taking forever, you can buy a new microwave or the piece yourself it will be faster". Total scam! Do not recommend. We have used them for +10 years. Never again.

      These people take advantage of their customers, particularly the elderly. We have been left without a washing machine for 2 1/2 months with constant broken promises. We also have been dealing with an A/C that has not been resolved in months. Ultimately, we had to buy from another source. There is no accountability, no honesty, and no honor with this company. People suffer and they have no interest in honoring their contractual obligations in a timely manner. It's apauliing that this Bureau allows them to carry an A+ designation. If your grading standards are to reflect the community's actual experience, then they should have a resounding F. It's embarrassing and disgusting that they are allowed to act with such disregard for their patron. If there was a grade less that F, you should slap them with it. Total Appliance in Hallandale is a disaster.

      DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER, YOU WILL BE SORRY. HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY WHO WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU SOLVE A PROBLEM. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER IN BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT HAVE ACTUAL LICENSED TECHNICIANS. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR 3 WEEKS OR MORE FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE AFTER WE PAY A MONTHLY CONTRACT WITH THEM. THE TECHNICIAN SHOWS UP 3 WEEKS LATER (AFTER CANCELLING BECAUSE TRUCKS BROKE DOWN) ONLY TO NOT FIX THE ISSUE AND THEN MAKE YOU WAIT 2 WEEKS MORE TO POSSIBLY HAVE A FIX WITH NO CALLS BACK. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER HUNG UP THE ***** ON ME BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T LIKE THAT I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. THE ***** DOESN'T CALL CUSTOMERS BACK BECAUSE HE JUST DOESN'T CARE BECAUSE HE IS RAKING IN THE MONEY. HIS STAFF IS INCOMPETENT. WE WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. PLEASE JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM, TOO MANY OTHER GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE.I WANT TOTAL TO PAY ME MONEY FOR HAVING TO DO THESE REPAIRS ON MY OWN EVERY TIME THEY DO NOT DO THE REPAIRS

      Very bad experience with this scammers! Waiting for parts to arrive already for more than 5 weeks! And still dont get any response from them! Dont deal with them if you want anything to be fixed in your house!Terrible customer service and awful service!Please do not trying to be nice here and dont answer to me in a nice manner because in a real you are ZERO SCAMMERS!

      Hi,I have contract with TOTAL for many years, never had an issue until this time. My Tenant call for service electrician and this is what happened:Total Appliance replaced three outlets that were not functioning on Friday, January 5th, for the master bathroom, guest bathroom and an outlet in the kitchen. They were not replaced with the correct boxes. The master bathroom was replaced with a box with two light switches only and no outlets. The guest bathroom was replaced with one switch and one outlet, so there is no switch to control the fan. The kitchen was replaced with one switch and one outlet and there should be two switches. One to control the dishwasher and one to control the garbage disposal. Also, since the electrician was here, the refrigerator power is flashing on and off, the light in the master bathroom is flashing on and off, the ac is not working, the water heater is not working, and the stove is not working. Could this be the fuse box? The electrician was suggesting we may have problems with the electrical due to the fuse box while he was there. We cannot live without these necessities. Please advise on what needs to be assesses and completed to correct these problems.Thank you ******************************* We contacted the TOTAL and was advised fee $150.00 for licensed electrician to come to address open wire, he came 1/10/2024 looked at the open wire, did not check the electrical panel for fuses and left with doing nothing , the appliances in apartment still not working. This is my tenant email from this morning:The electrician was here yesterday 1/10/2024. The dishwasher is functioning at this time. The following items are not working: hot water heater, air conditioner, stove, and garbage disposal. The fan in the guest bathroom is not connected at this time. The secondary lights in the master bathroom are not working. Also, when the dishwasher is running the primary light flashes in the master bathroom.
