I signed up for a ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) via an online class on May 24, 2023. I signed up because I was taking a new travel nurse contract and the hospital I applied to required the ***** Shortly after this I decided that I didnt want to take the job and in turn, didnt need the class so I looked at the refund policy on the Claridy website and it stated that if you cancel prior to 24 hours you can get a full refund. The class was scheduled for May 30th @6p. On May 29th I tried to call and no one answered and I immediately received a text message that they would call me right back. I never received the call. Then at 530p I emailed and told them I wanted to cancel the class. I never heard anything so on June 1st I emailed and called again. This time I did talk to someone and he said he would look into the refund for me. Again I never heard anything so I contacted them thru the website on June 6. This time I got a response that said my refund was processed on 5/30/23 and I got a confirmation number. I have not received this refund and now I am not getting any replies to my messages or emails. I would like to get this refund back as $150 is not just something I can throw away.
