    We were extremely satisfied with the installation of our new impact windows and doors from **** and **** Affordable Shutters, **** The sales person ****** ****** was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best options for our home, and the installation crew was professional, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. We are confident our apartment is now much better protected against storms, and the windows look great aesthetically as well.

    I used this company a few years ago to install my impact doors. I dont think I have complaints about their work back then but now that I need to file a claim as one of my impact doors has a crack, it shows that they are not professional at all. One cannot file a claim directly with the manufacturer. it has to be done thru the company that originally installed the doors. I reached out to **** and game him all the details. I was offered a call back and nothing. After repeated calls and texts I have not heard back from them.

    We looked over your complain and we are very surprised because *********** already spoke with you on the phone last week and he told you that he will send someone over when we have someone available; but since the job was signed almost 6 and a half years ago we need to send someone to evaluate the glass and decide how we can help you.
