    I have been trying to get my reimbursement from this company since May 6, 2024 as I was wrongfully charged for a service that should've been free. Upon purchasing my car last February, I was told I would get free roadside assistance for I believe 5 years or when my car reaches 100K miles. *** card doesn't expire until 2029 and my car isn't even at 20K miles CURRENTLY! I've sent this company everything they've asked for multiple times, and even got an email saying they are going to send the billing department a request on my behalf and 10 days later after trying tor reach out, they claimed ignorance and said they had no record of my transaction. By the way, there's NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER that could help, everything had to be done by email and they have since stop responding. I had a hold charge originally for $89.00, however when the transaction cleared it was only $79.00 so I'm due $79.00 back to my credit card IMMEDIATELY! I'm not sure what screenshots are needed for this but I do have all the email correspondence between myself and the company. I will attach my original email to them with the info they claimed they needed in order to process my refund, and a picture of the card that states I have a $0 deductible for services, and the email my bank sends when I use my credit card.

    I got in contact with a ****************** who was able to successfully get me my $79.00 refund. I currently have the $79.00 check in my possession as of Tuesday, Aug 6, 2024. Thank you again ******************!
