    On September 4, 2024, I had my 1968 **** Thunderbird towed to Timeless Classics, located at ******************************************************************************************, for the purpose of having multiple repairs completed. I spoke with the owner, ****** *******, who agreed to repair the steering front-end work (part provided), power window mechanism, AC repair, windshield wiper repair, one headlight replacement (part provided), and conversion of carburetor to EFI system. The owner agreed to provide me with an invoice for the repairs that day, which I never received. I contacted ****** on numerous occasions requesting an itemized estimate and was told repeatedly that I would receive it shortly. I did not receive an estimate itemized bill until October 8, 2024. On October 8, 2024, my car was returned to me in poor condition. I contacted the owner, ******, to discuss the issue one day later after noticing an oil leak, gas fumes, and hesitation. ****** claimed to have completed the work, as evidenced by the itemized receipt, which I paid in full. It is apparent he did not complete the steering column work, after having my vehicle for over a month. He additionally made comments throughout the process via text message that were contradictory regarding parts and labor. He agreed to make adjustments and asked me to return the vehicle to his shop. At this time, I am uncomfortable returning my vehicle to this shop and would request I be refunded for the work so I can have the repairs completed correctly.
