FB Doors Installed my fort Windows & Doors and I can’t ask for a better worksmanship, the cleaning of the process amd most important the

1 starEverything was fine until a month after the installation of the doors and windows was finished, a storm came and abundant water began to enter through one of the sliding doors. I've been calling them for a month asking them to fix the problem and they just don't care. The supervisor said in the office that he had already talked to me and explained that the water was normal, which was not true. After that he no longer answers the phone.Todo estuvo muy bien hasta un mes despues de terminada la instalacion de las puertas y ventanas, llego una tormenta y por una de las puertas corredizas empezo a entrar abundante agua. He llamado durante un mes pidiendo que arreglen el problema y simplemente no les interesa. El supervisor dijo en la oficina que ya habia hablado conmigo y explicado que el agua era normal, cosa que no fue cierto. Despues de eso el ya no contesta el telefono.
