    Subject: False Advertising Claim and Unprofessional Conduct - Laundry One/My Sunny Laundry Dear Claims Department,I am writing to file a claim regarding a misleading advertising practice and unprofessional conduct by Laundry One, also advertised as My Sunny Laundry, located at ************************************On Saturday, November 25, 2024, I visited the laundry facility and was misled by a prominent sign advertising "Free Drying." However, upon using their services, I discovered that the machines charged for drying.When I brought this issue to the attention of the worker on duty, I was informed that it was not their problem and that there would be no solution. Worker and manager provided no solution . Furthermore, the worker took a picture of me without my consent, which I found to be an invasion of my ********** make matters worse, when I confronted the worker about taking my picture without permission, they lied about it, denying that they had taken the photo.I believe this constitutes false advertising, invasion of privacy, and unprofessional conduct. I request that you take immediate action to address these issues. 1. Correct the misleading advertising practice 2. Address the worker's unprofessional conduct, including the invasion of my privacy 3. Ensure that your employees respect customers' boundaries and privacy
