    I was skeptical at first. But I am happy to say no issues. I received the offer and that representative was very professional. I was able to get an appointment to get the car picked up the next day and he picked it timely and had no issues. I would highly recommend this company and they gave me the best quote.

    The process was effortless amazing experience, It was hard letting go of my first dream car but it was a blessing when I googled sell my car and CarBrain popped up it took me a few months because I was dragging my feet but the process was amazing it was so easy Five stars ?? ??????

    Excellent, very easy and quick. All is explained and very convenient. Car is towed at your convenience and the driver of the company was polite and knowledgeable.

    They did a fantastic job with communicating what they needed to do and what I needed to do to complete the process. They tried to negotiate more money for my vehicle, but in the condition that it was in, they could not. Overall four out of five stars for my first time using this service and I would recommend them to other people.

    Had a good experience overall. This process was smooth and I liked communicating by both text and email with my CarBrain *** who gave me updates at each step. The time window set by the tower for pickup was the entire day 9-5 (not great), but once they arrived, the driver was friendly.I was comparing this service with Peddle and read about a theme of complaints on Peddle's BBB page. This led me to choose CarBrain instead which was able to match the offer given by the competitor. I'd recommend getting a few quotes from different companies and seeing if CB can match/beat it. Payment also processed quickly.
