  I found CarBrain when looking for a company to pick up and pay me for my old used car. The process was so simple. I was given a quote online after inputting the cars details make, model, year, miles. I also was asked questions re condition. I made sure I answered truthfully ensuring the quote to be accurate once the in person inspection was done. I thought theyd arrive and the quote would immediately be changed to a lesser amount as a lot of companies are notorious for that type of business practice, but this one. I liked that I could choose how to be contacted.****, was who contacted me from CarBrain and she was amazing from beginning to end. I was given a fair price for the car and I accepted. **** then put me in contact with the business who would tow the car and pay me cash on the spot. I set up a pick up the very next day. The tow truck showed up as scheduled and paid the quoted amount to the *****! I showed my ID, signed over the title, collected the money and they towed the car away for free! I want to thank **** for making this process as quick and easy as possible. I also want to thank CarBrain for being a company of honesty and integrity! Those are virtues that hard to find in businesses nowadays along with top notch customer service! I will tell everyone about my experience and the trust they earned from me.

  I recently sold my 2008 Chrysler Pacifica to Car Brain because the tranny finally gave up and I don’t have the budget to get fix so instead of leaving it park in my driveway and start collecting rust and mold I’ve decided to just get rid of I’ve tried lot of company who will be willing to get it off my hands but all of them have given me an offer that is too low while searching for other options I saw Car Brain and tried to sell to them , the minute I told them bout the issues of my car and my wish to get rid of it they given me a reasonable offer that I can’t refuse , to make the story short I sold them my 2008 Pacifica and I was happy with the service they gave me from now on I’ll be calling them if run in again with the problem like this i also be recommending them to my friends who need their service .   From getting the quote to setting up the tow service to come get the vehicle was excellent and the towing service that they used and ********* was also very excellent I had the quote and the vehicle sold within 10 minutes or less and the tow truck driver from the time he pulled in to the time he paid me was 5 minutes very efficient

  They were fast and friendly. I could not be present for the pick up, so they mailed me the check instead. They picked up within the stated timeframe. Throughout the process I communicated with them through the website, through text messages, and through phone calls. They responded to me in each way I reached out to them, and had consistent information each time, no matter who I spoke with. My schedule didnt leave time for long-drawn out calls, and we made it work with short communications across several days/weeks on my schedule.I was skeptical at first, but it all worked out.

  Totally loved this company. They made it so simple, gave me a quote over the phone, and arranged for a delivery driver to come pick it up. He was so professional, easy to talk to and gave me a check on the spot. Could not have asked for a better communicator and treated me with respect. A+ company and employees!
