5 starsI will have to admit I was at first a little skeptical about how this works especially when dealing with a third party to sell my car. However, the representative from car brain was very very helpful, he got back to me and answered my questions promptly and everything worked exactly as promised. 5 starsI would definitely recommend this company. The dispatcher and the tow drivers were very accommodating. Any issues and any schedule changes were met with kindness and patience. A scheduling delay by a pick up jam due to tow driver shortages was met with James (my guy) willing to go the extra miles to exchange paperwork so the transaction could proceed. 5 starsThe process was so simple, I couldn't believe it was so easy. ***** helped through all of the steps. In the middle of the process, I became ill for almost 2 weeks and thought my offer was going to expire, ***** was very patient and was able to extend the offer until I got better.
