    We hired Saisha Corp to install Thermally Treated wood on the exterior of our home. We paid $15,000 for the work in 2 installments. September 3rd we made the final payment... Since then the wood has quickly deteriorated in several areas of the house and we contacted the Distributor of the wood Brazilian Lumber (*****) and they told us the installer needed to seal the wood at the installation date. All thermally modified wood needs to be sealed for the warranty to apply. Saisha Corp kept saying you have 25 years warranty blah blah and they didn't follow the installation instructions. We now have to repair replace certain planks since they have water damage. There is one area of the house in the back patio where a drain was leaking and stained the wood. That area is our responsibility however Saisha still didn't seal any of the wood and the warranty is worthless. We would like him to return and repair the damage to the unsealed wood (front of the house) and seal all other areas of the house... He is not responding to our requests. (Spanish Only)
