      My account had a credit of $80 for an extra payment I made years ago. I recently requested a statement of my account in order to verify that the credit was applied to a special assessment that was being charged in March. This way I could use the credit and pay the difference for the special assessment. I sent several email request and did not receive my statement. I called and finally got an email with a statement reflecting a credit. Several days later I received another email with a different statement where the credit was removed and no explanation was given. I emailed asking for an explanation and was told the credit was removed because it was an error due to another home owner's fee applied to my account. That did not make any sense. I requested proof of their claim on 3/13/25 and again on 3/21/25. They have not responded to any of my emails. I stand by the fact that I had an $80 credit on my account and they removed it thinking that I would not know. They do not respond in a timely manner and refuse to provide evidence that proves otherwise. They have manually manipulated the statement of my account and do not provide me with the proper bank statements reflecting my $80 credit and any evidence of the story they claim that the bank deposited someone else's check in my account, which is completely unbelievable. I have had to resort to filing this complaint because unfortunately this business is unresponsive and unwilling to show honesty and admit they are in the wrong for purposely removing a credit I had on my account for years.

      ON MARCH 14, 2024 MY NEXT DOOR TENANT(RENTER Section 8) VERBALLY ATTACK ME. her NAME is MARIACARRANZA unit *** at ****** CONDOMINIUM ************************************. OWNERs NAME is *****.FOR 15 YEARS IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT BANGING ON THE WALLS,SLAMMING KITCHEN CABINET DOORS/DRAWERS KNOCKING DOWN PICTURE FRAMES, WALL CLOCK FROM MY WALL. HAS BEEN REPORTRED TO THE OFFICE MNGR HERE ON SITE WITH ALL 3 POLICE REPORTS, HER NAME is ***** ****** but NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THE NOISES STARTS AS EARLY AS 6-7am SHE SLAM VERY HARD THE ***** DOOR.ON MARCH 13 2024 I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER of UNIT HIS NAME IS ***** EXPLAINED THE SITUATION but HE H/U NEXT DAY 3/14/24 THE TENANT #*** STARTED BANGING ON MY ***** DOOR VERY HARD but I DIDN'T RESPOND. LATER THAT DATE IAS I WAS WALKING TOURS ELEVATOR SHE OPEN THE DOOR AND VERBALLY ATTACK ME THREATENING ME SAYING 'i was knowking on your door B**** wait and see what's going happen to your SOB you're going pay SOB' I KEEP WALKING NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE HER AFFRAID SHE WAS GOING TOT ATTACK ME FISICALLY with my hand surgery.WHEN I RETURNED FROM THE DOCTORs I CALL THE HIALEAH POILICE AND GOT POLICE REPORT CASE#********** from officer: ****** *********, A GAVE COPIES OF all 3 police reports since 2010 to TRUST MGMT SERVICES in person. I HAVE TRY TO TALK TO THE OFFICE MNGR **** ******** at TRUST MGMT SEVERAL TIMES by phone in person emails. NEVER AVAILABLE ALL I GOT WAS 1 EMAIL STATING IF THE TENANT BOTHERED ME AGAIN to CONTACT THEM.THERE SHOULD NOT BE A NEXT I NEVER WAS PROVIDED WITH THE NAMES OF THE NEW Board of Director ****** I HAVE REQUESTED' I HAVE REQUESTED A MEETING BUT NOTHING THIS COMPLAINED NOT ONLY IS FOR "TRUST MANAGEMENT SERVICES GROUP" but FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS WORKING FOR "EL SOL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION"****** ******* ************************************************ "EL SOL CONDOMINIUM'Hialeah, ******* ***** email: **************************** phone# ************ 24/7 THANK YOU

      I have been living in this condo for more them 10 years. My unit needs to be repair. The ************************* has posted a violation on my door for unsafe structure. Trust management has not doing anything to fix my unit and is been 2 years. I have call them nothing happing. I don't know what else to do any more. I am asking for help.
