    Order was placed December 22nd 2024 and when logged into my account still says in cutting. Ive called several times. One person called me in February to say they were waiting on fabric and when they get it…mine would be sent out first. Its now April 24th. As a Christian company we are called to honor God and give Him the Glory in all we do. If we communicate in any business. It helps. We have a major dance conference and Im hurt to say I wont be able to join. Really just want my order to be fulfilled. Purchased 169.00

    ******, I am very displeased with the integrity of you and Rejoice Dance Ministry. This is ridiculous at this point. I spoke to you and your so called Receptionist who no longer exists; back on August 7th regarding items that I ordered way back in 2023. You assured me that all you needed was an addy two weeks, and I would receive my orders. You start that you were looking into getting new material etc. That was a BOLD FACE LIE! October is next month and I still have not received my order, no email or even a follow up call.

    I placed an order in November 2023. Website states order take 20 days as they are made to order. Its February 14th **** and I do not have my order. I left emails and even called the number on website.. nothing

    My name is *********************! And I have an order on March 1st, 2023! I only have received three garments out of six garments I had ordered. Every time I will call and email no answer! I just want my garments before I *** the company! And then I order another garment and still havent received it yet! I understand that the owner was sick! But at least you guys could had called or email or said something! I am only asking for my garments before I take legal actions and I am not playing at all!!!!! And my order number is ******! Please just send my my garments thats all I am asking

    To Whom It May *********** purpose of this message is to serve as the final attempt to contact and receive a response from the vendor Rejoicd Dance Ministries. To date, after numerous attempts to contact this company via email, phone calls, and text messages, to date, we have yet to receive a response, updates, or other information. This includes our merchandise. To date, the order specifies that it is still in cutting and without a shipping date, status update, or any other information. Effective communication has been sent and conveyed to the above vendor of the timelines the garments were required. This is NOT the first time this vendor has operated in this manner. Therefore, the course of actions of legal matters is required. It is regretful that it has come to this as the word does not desire to take fellow believers to court. Yet the actions of the above vendor are clearly depicted that they are not indeed FELLOW believers. The above actions and failures to respond or ship have caused additional hardships for our Ministry and members. The emotional strain alone is more than enough. I resolve this matter to legal actions being warranted and executed against them. Best regards and disappointing, Garment Coordinator To date no garments or response.     I placed an order on 11/5 spending $147. They had a promotion going on so I thought this was a great deal for 3 full dance outfits. The worship service I needed the garments for have come and gone still with no update on the order I placed. I had to spend additional money for outfits since I did not get these. I have emailed and called with no response. Finally, about a week ago I get the owner ****** on the phone who tells me he will look into my order and get back to me in 10 mins. No call back. At this point Rejoice it looks like you are accepting orders and taking money without having the man power to produce. You need to shut down your website and stop accepting new orders and sending out promotional emails. I called the owner again and left a message requesting a full refund. BBB you also need to do your part there are way too many complaints for this to be an ongoing situation.

    Watch out! They are promoting 40%-50% off sales and ******* you to catch the sale, but they do not have the inventory to back it up. They are taking money, but not providing the product to the customer. I placed my order in July, it is now November, and I do not have my product. I spent close to $300 with them for 7 products and only received 2 items. In the system it says its "in cutting" and "fabric back order". I did not receive my garments for the special event I had that they were aware of. The seasons are changing and I have had no response! I have been calling them, emailing them, and reached out through their website contact us page to find out my status. They have not answered or corresponded with me for any of them. Which shows me they are blatantly avoiding me. I am preparing to file a lawsuit. I have been a customer of ********************** since 2008. But it went downhill this year.

    I placed an order on March 9, 2023 for the amount of $122.75. As of today, it has been almost 8 months and I still have not received my order. I have reached out multiple times by email and I receive absolutely no response with the exception of one time. The owner called me and gave me a sob story that he had been sick and was behind with the orders. He said he would check into my order that afternoon and call me back and he did not call me back. I have sent multiple emails since then and no response. I keep getting emails from the company with discount sale offers to encourage me to order more items and yet my order from almost eight months ago has never been filled. I believe this company is a scam. I believe he takes money from customers with absolutely no intention to fill the orders. Please do not order anything from this company. You will be out of your money and have no product to show for it. This company is a scam.
