    I purchased a washer and dryer for $500 via offer up. The order was delivered and I paid an extra $100 for 1 year warranty. Less than a week later the dryer broke and he never answered the phone. I could clearly see he was reading the texts.

    I bought a fridge on ******** Marketplace on May 30, 2024 for $650. I was given a 1-year warranty. I was in direct contact with ******* ***** but ***** the payment to a number under the name ******** Only a few months later, now in September, the fridge is no longer cooling and the ice is melting. I'm trying to reach out to them but cannot get anyone by phone nor through ********. I need a solution from them otherwise I'll have to buy another fridge.

    ************************* sold me a refrigerator for 390 dollars. The power cord had electrical tape on it which I questioned (red flag #1). He stated he was an electrician it was fine. He also stated he only took cash (red flag #2) the refrigerator didnt work it never cooled down, he refuses to give me a refund and will not exchange for another refrigerator. They also didnt provide a receipt although he said his wife was sending it (red flag #3)Theyre not answering messages etc, THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY

    March 10, 2023 On January 13, 2023, I contacted Sabios ***************** Sabios Services, ***** (both I later realized are Inactive Florida corporations) through its OfferUp online advertisement selling a Washer/Dryer. ***********************************, the owner, accepted my $350 offer and requested a $50 deposit, which I sent from my personal bank account via Zelle the same day. The company was unable to deliver the appliance on any date and time that my condo building permits deliveries; he could only deliver after business hours. We agreed to cancel the transaction and ***************** agreed, in writing, several times, to return my $50 deposit. Im on a fixed income, and while $50 seems like such an insignificant amount, it represents a great deal of money for **** called ******************, left several messages, contacted him via text message over a dozen times, yet, despite his repeated, written promises (saved in my text messages and emails) to return my deposit, I have yet to receive the money. He claimed his Zelle app was broken, then he was going to the bank the next day to fix the problem, then he assured me that I would receive the money the following day, (Monday) then he promised the money would be in my account by 5:00 PM, and then he was on vacation and couldnt do anything. I have still havent received anything - two months later. ***************** is still holding my money.

    On 12/3/2022, I purchased a washer/dryer form Sabio Services. Upon installation which was not done by ***** even though he said on 12/17 that he would. He never came. When it was installed we discovered the dryer did not work. I contacted ***** on 12/19, 20, 26 and 27. He called me on 12/21 to say he was on his way over to fix it( I purchased a warranty(. He never showed. I reported him to *****

    I paid $850 for a dishwasher and fridge. They were supposed to be delivered and installed. Instead the ** was left in the living room. No power supply and when I went out and bought that and installed it it would not fill and work. I called the company, sent multiple texts only to have my number blocked. And to add insult to injury one of my clients ordered a stackable Washer Dryer. Never came back to install them. Upon getting them installed the washer was fine but the dryer never heats up. She did the same as me and did not get a response, but instead was blocked. We both reached out to our banks and amazingly enough his bank refused to return a single ***** from either of our Zelle transactions. No one should do business with this company. The owner is great at selling but horrible at customer service or following through on promises.
