    I purchased a plow, called EA-3 and some extra equipment for total of ***** dollars. Which I paid in 9/2022. The business promised to deliver the agriculture equipment to ********, South America to my farm. First they wanted 1/2 of the money and when the equipment was ready to be shipped to pay the rest of the money. I had paid the full amount and still no shipment done. The business said and also on the receipt the cost of shipment was included with the purchase, the said that multiple times and now they don't want to cover the costs. Business said they can ship to ******** or other countries on their website. They are not equipped for that. I was the first person to buy for them and it has taken 10 months or longer to get this equipment shipped and I had to make the payment. They did not give the manual, no warranty, nothing I have to say I was going to hire a lawyer and to write a report to the business bureau of ******* for them to communicate with me, still did not ship my equipment. I had to look for a company and they did not pay for the services either. I have spent 21k dollars all together without counting the machinery that I had to rent in ******** because I did not have the plow I have purchased. I am looking for a refund of full amount spent on the shipment **** dollars.

    ************************* our best salesman quoted ********************************* an Ecoplow equipment on December 12, 2021where he explained to her the whole process of all the different equipment.  At the time she chose the EA-5 which had a total cost of $23,356.00. For us to begin building the equipment we need half of the down-payment before starting.  She gave the down-payment through a transfer on January 18, 2022 for $11, ******. As soon as we received it we started working on it. The equipment was ready between 2 to 3 weeks after. *********************** contacted her and she did not answer, he left a message acknowledging her that the equipment was ready, still no answer from her, but he kept calling her and still not a word from her, in other words she completely disappeared for several months.  Still we respected her and did not sell the equipment to others that were interested instead we kept it in a warehouse that cost us money plus the transportation and the cost of the equipment, waiting for her to appear anytime.  After months she calls one day where ****** told her that the equipment had been ready months ago, her answer was that she had been busy and that she changed her mind and rather have a EA-3 ( This is something that the company doesn't do because again it cost money) and is stated in our contract "No changes after equipment is done and all equipments are final sales". Again the company tried to help her and built the EA-3 for her, she sent $4,592.00 for final payment on December 13, 2022 because now the equipment was smaller, after this she started texting stating that her equipment was never sent, which by this time a year had almost past by already.  We told her that we were going to transport it to the port in ***** and to the port of her convenience which was in ************, ********, but she was supposed to pay after that to where the equipment would go after it arrived in her country port. She kept texting and stating that she could not pay for the transportation to the farm or wherever she wanted the equipment to go to

    We are responding to this complain as we already did before word by word in the letter sent on August 18, 2023. We are willing to pay half of the transportacin to the Farm even if we have in our contract and have done it with all our clients "we only pay to the port where the equipment goes to. We have told ************** this many times that we will make an exception with her and pay $1,750 which is half of the cost of the transportation to the farm, and she would pay the other half which is $1,750. We never do this, but we have tried to help her in many ways, bent our rules with her as I stated in the previous letter. All we had done for her is try to help her, but nothing is enough for her. As of now we maintain the same position as the previous letter.
