    We had gotten our gutters done from this business and was told that all work is covered under warranty for a a long time. I have had issues with my gutter coming out of the screws it was screwed into and have been trying to get help from someone since October of 2024, but all i got was false promises that an associate will come to fix it. It almost 5 months now and even after multiple text messages and phone calls no one has responded to my request.I will need the business to come and fix the issue soon before i take this matter to small claims court for not standing up to the warranty promise as written in its contract.

    Goodmorning we apologize for the inconvenience we thought we had got this customers repair done but unfortunately didnt we apologize for the big delay. Our installer went to his home this morning and got the repair done what mainly caused the leaked was a section that got clogged with leaves which we have a charge for but being that customer waited a long time we got it corrected free of charge and gutters will function correctly

    I contacted ***********************, on or about June 2nd about a broken and defective gutters as well as a defective downspout. Since then three or four company representatives have come out and each one arrives with an explanation why that cannot do the work. Furthermore, the gutter system is defective and does not capture/collect the rain.Since the original install on or about December 2023, I have communicated with ***** and/or Seamless Gutter Masters about the defective and poor workmanship.

    They installed my gutters in 9/2019 and they have a 5 year warranty. I scheduled the service appointment and they keep cancelling last minute without informing me and they made me stay home for two whole days with no update. They do not honor their warranty. They scammed me. Every time I call, the lady has an attitude and is unhelpful. They should receive a lower rating on BBB. This seems like a common occurrence. They gave me a time between 9:30-10:30AM today and still never showed up and then said between 4-5PM today and still never showed up.

    They installed my gutters and they are leaking everywhere. They are not draining. They came out to repair and still didnt fix the issues and told me to go to ********** and fix it myself.

    Good afternoon my name is ***** ******* i had spoken with this customer after the job was completed he paid us and called us that he had a leak and wanted to add a downspout in a section he had before but we did not charge him for that downspout. I told the customerwe can definitely seal leak but i will have to charge him on the downspout just the materials not the labor. Customer got really upset said he would take care of it and hanged up the phone. However he did recommend us to some neighbors so i will contact him today to schedule him between next monday and tuesday to get these two issues corrected

    I need the owner or manager or whoever is in charge to call me. This is ridiculous. You guys came out to quote me for gutters. You did my gutters 5 years ago. Never leaked or no problems. You guys never had to come back. Now this is the 4th time trying to fix and still cant fix it. And now you guys want me to pay to fix something that you guys quoted me that will work. I dont understand?! So please someone please call me to talk about this. ************

    Less than a one-star rating. My elderly mother paid over $ ******** for gutters on May 31, 2023, to have gutters with black stains running down the gutters, all over. No customer service. They do not stand by their product and have simply stolen this money, with no warranty. After many, many calls, sending a video of the product being damaged. They do not care/ It seems they have unqualified people doing the installation, in addition to the product having poor quality. They should be closed down.

    On January 27th 2023 I contacted Seamless Gutter *********** requesting services which I accepted their estimate of $2275 to install the product in my home. As per their service agreement, they provide a 5 year guarantee on Labor. As soon as the rainy season began, the gutters were not funneling rain properly in one of the corners where their install was done. At that point, I contacted the company in order to have the issue repaired. They advised me a repair tech would visit me on Saturday June 10, I waited all day and no one showed. Called back and was offered another appointment for June 24th and was again left waiting all day for no one to show. As per their contract, any changes made to their clients install by another contractor, voids their warranty. I need this issue resolved ASAP, if not, I will pursue further legal action.
