On April 25, 2023, I paid Fixed and Finished Corporation $38,351 to purchase kitchen cabinets and a countertop for my apartment in *******, ** (check # **** copy enclosed). *********************************** the owner of Fixed and Finished purchased the cabinets but has not purchased the countertop. It took until September 20, 2023 to install the cabinets and that was only after a lot of frustrating phone calls. It is obvious now that he has ********, intension to install the countertops because he never bought them. ********************** owes me $11,140 for the countertops he failed to purchase. I now must buy new countertops and hire another contractor. I am 83 years old and have been retired for 13 years. My apartment was severely damaged after hurricane *** and I am paying out of pocket for all the repair costs. I hope you can help me recover $11,140 that this man cheated me out of and that you can prevent him from scamming others. The address for Fixed and Finished is **************************************************** **************. My present address is *********************************, ***************************************************************. ************** or c **************.
