    I ordered a product on Dec 11, 2022. After nearly 3 weeks I called in and a lady told me my order was delayed due to the weather. January 2023 comes and still no product. I went and purchased 2 new sets of clippers. I called and requested my money back and the guy refunded me ****. No sir I requested a full refund!! Then this guy tells me that the order was delivered and I tell him that it wasnt delivered to me because I didnt stay there anymore. It shouldnt have taken 5 weeks nearly. And he says well it was delivered. So I want a full refund because i didnt get anything and then I call and they hang up the phone on me and dont answer my calls.

    I reviewed your order and it appear you entered the incorrect address online  and your order was returned to us.  We have fully refunded you.  I reviewed the call where you spoke using profanity to my female customer service agent.  She disconnected the call.  I apologize and have reprimanded her for disconnecting the call, but you may consider not using vulgar language when speaking to customer service. I apologize you were not satisfied and I will send you the screws you ordered at no charge. You have been fully refunded.  Attached is a copy of the refund, please allow 48 hours for it to appear on your card.

    VERY BAD NEWS NARROWLY ESCAPED BIG INJURY OR DEATH I received your Mirro Replacement Pressure Gasket for M-0498.Myself being Quality and Reliability Engineer in ************** I could feel material of Gasket was too thin and less wide than previous gasket which worked nicely for several years. However I assumed manufacturer must have tested product reliability before putting in the market. Anyway I inserted this Gasket in the Pressure cooker lid and after putting lentils and water in the cooker I closed the lid I turned Gas burner ON and had plan to **** for 20 minutes. While waiting for it to **** I sat on Kitchen dining table drinking tea and my back was towards pressure cooker. Suddenly I heard big bang noise like explosion. I felt steaming coming on my back gave me some ***** which my roommate who was on his computer on 2nd floor and as he heard very loud noise . He rushed down found me in trouble helped me with ***** and saw pressure cooker had landed on ground. As it cooled off I saw Gasket had partly emerged out of lid out of few places which meant Gaket seal was so weak and when I opened lid the Gasket had torn at few sections. It seems manufacturer never checked product Reliability and shipped to customers an item that was not tested properly. In conclusion I should say I had a narrow escape of my life and as such I should be compensated for pain and suffering for $10000/, product should be recalled and future sales stopped I would however expect their urgent reply at earliest by email .
