  I purchased a product labeled as Heavy Duty Degreaser from Huerta Chemical Corp., expecting professional-grade performance. Instead, the product had the consistency of water, a pleasant scent, but zero degreasing capabilityeven on light oil traces. I attempted to contact the company using the BBB listing phone number, but the line is disconnected. Visiting their website triggered a browser security warning labeling it as dangerous or ************* concerned that a company with such red flags still appears on the BBB with a high rating. If the BBB is meant to guide consumers toward reputable businesses, this listing raises serious concerns. Please investigate the legitimacy of this company and its product claims.

  Dear Better Business Bureau,
  I am writing to provide an important update and clarification regarding the complaint I previously submitted concerning Huerta Chemical Corp. and one of their degreaser products.
  After further investigation and a personal visit to the company's facility, I discovered that the product in question was not intended for industrial use. It turns out my wife had inadvertently purchased a light-duty version from a retail store, which caused the misunderstanding. The issue was therefore not with the company's product quality, but rather with the specific version purchased.
  During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet Mr. **** ******** the owner of Huerta Chemical Corp., who was very welcoming and professional. As a gesture of goodwill, he personally provided me with a case of their industrial-grade H-7 Degreaser, which I have since tested and found to be outstanding far superior to other well-known brands Ive used in the past.
  I would also like to recognize Mr. ******** the companys product manager, who will be following up with me directly. He kindly provided detailed product information and promotional materials, and I was very impressed with their approach to customer support.
  In light of this experience, I wish to withdraw or amend my original complaint to reflect this resolution. The company addressed the issue promptly and with great professionalism, and I am satisfied with the outcome.
