On 3/17/2025, I ordered and paid for an address plaque, and was told it would take a few days or weeks for it to be created. I was contacted on 4/15/2025, that my plaque was ready. The installation appointment was set for 4/17/2025, but I had to cancel because I was sick. As of today 5/15/2025, I still don’t have my address plaque installed on my house. Management told me they don’t know when they’re going to install my plaque, because they don’t normally service my area. I was not given that information before I ordered and paid for my plaque. Also, we have mailboxes from Beautiful Mailbox Co in our subdivision, so I was not aware that they no longer serviced the Lakeland, Florida area. If they had given me that information beforehand, I definitely wouldn’t have purchased a plaque from them. Whether they service this area or not, they owe me the address plaque and installation. Either give me a refund of $272.57, or install my address plaque as soon as possible. This has been a terrible experience for me, and I really hope that it’s resolved very soon.

*** was installing new mailboxes for our development. **incidentally we were planning to install pavers on our driveway, which would necessitate moving the mailbox over a few feet as we were widening the driveway. The mailbox was installed before the *** approval to move it over came through, but Beautiful Mailbox ** was incredibly accommodating, and within a few days, the workers came back to relocate the new mailbox where we needed it moved. Very responsive and kept us informed along the way.The Beautiful Mailbox Co.

I have to replace my mailbox as it's the original from 10 years ago. Beautiful Mailbox is the approved vendor by the **** I made the call to them on February and issued payment with the completed form. Check was even cashed in February 2022. It is now November 2022 and my mailbox is still not installed. I had made several attempts at reaching them with NO response. This has been a horrendous experience.The Beautiful Mailbox Co.

I apologize that there was a miscommunication with our customer service department.
My crew reported that the mailbox was installed yesterday.

My mailbox was installed by the HOA. A year after it was installed a car hit it and damaged it. I called Beautiful Mailbox Co and in a few days, they came, removed the damaged mailbox and post, installed a temporary one. A couple of weeks afterwards they came back with the repaired mailbox and post and reinstalled it. Very happy with their workThe Beautiful Mailbox Co.
