    A&C Elite Remodeling Corp. did a skylight repair when I was not at the premises, removed existing sealant from 3 skylights edges and lay new sealant on skylights. I have made various calls to A&C Elite Remodeling Corp. to complain skylight is still causing a leak and damaging my ceiling and I'm being ignored. I would like to have A&C Elite Remodeling Corp. to fix the water leak as soon as possible.

    Thank you for the notification. The client has stated that we did repairs while she was not on the premises. We had authorization from her to do the skylight sealant removal and reseal. Once the job was done she had our crew return to her property to clean the already dirty skylight glass which was not part of the job description but we returned and did it as a curtesy. It's been 3 months since the repairs. The estimate that was given to her via email did not specify of any warranty. The client did not pay the repairs once completed and her response was "Im not home trust me payment will be sent tonight thank you for your patience" It took the client 2 days to make her payment after several calls and text messages.  We did however advise her we were going back out to check why it was leaking but encountered car trouble on the way and are on the process of repairing the vehicle. We will contact the client and make arrangements once again to check where the leak is coming from.

    I am rejecting this response because: A&C Elite Remodeling Corp. were to call me before arrival time, and they didn't.  I was to show from inside the room where the leak was occurring, two men just caulked around the skylight and they were done just before my arrival.  They didn't look inside the room to detect the leak where it was coming from. I noticed the skylights were dirty and asked them to clean for me, because I don't have long ladders to the roof do the cleaning.  A&C Elite charged $1000.00 to remove old caulking and re-caulk three skylights, and I appreciated he accepted my request to wipe clean the skylights.  In September I called to have them come back to service the leaking skylight and ******************* the office manager gave me a next day appointment and no one ever showed up.  From September to October 23, 2023, I have called and left many voice and text messages and no response from A&C Elite Remodeling.
