      Date: 03/18/2024 Amount Paid: $475.00 Complaint is in regard to services unrendered. Paid $475 to complete my tax return filing. They charged me and never completed them and refused to refund the amount i paid. The owner, ******, took all my W2s and other requested documents and ****** said he was busy and would finish them that evening. I paid on departure. Called backed the next day to find out the status and was informed the taxes would not be completed, ****** had to access a different system and did not have time, nor was willing to make the time. I requested a refund and was denied.

      ******* ******** engaged us in March of 2024 to complete her 2021, 2022, & 2023 tax returns as she was late with her filings.  ****** met with ******* ******** for an appointment, she dropped off her information and paid $475 for the work to be performed. She claims ****** refused to do the work but that is not close to the truth and makes absolutely zero sense.  Due to ******* ******** asking us to file a tax return from 2021 2 years prior Mr. ****** did have to access our legacy system until a later date.  We completed her 3 years of tax returns before the 4/15/24 deadline and called her with the results on 3/31/2024 of all three years returns.  She refused to accept the results of her tax returns because she owed money to the IRS.  We do not have any control over what she owes to the *** but has put the onus on us.  Since that moment we have been waiting for her to sign her tax returns and they are still ready for her to sign.  We performed all work as requested and we charge based on Forms and complexity and we completed all that was required of us.  We are ready to send the returns electronically to the *** once she signs them to give us permission to send them on her behalf.

      I am rejecting this response because everything stated in the company response is epically false and the company is clearly  a scam. Totally disgusted. ****** and his clerks know exactly what they informed me of. I even paid prior to departing the facility assuming they were honest.  Only to be informed after that ****** was unable to complete the services and refused to refund the money.  I had to call on multiple occasions just to know a status. I never received a call or email from the company.  The taxes were NEVER completed as stated.  And there is no electronics mail or telephone records to validate any of the lies they have stated.

      Attached you will find my electronic proof of the phone calls, that comes from the audit trail of Net2phone, that we spoke with ******* on 4/8/24 for over 5 minutes and it was her calling us after we tried to call her on 4/5.  I still have the returns finished and ready for signature.  I have fufilled my duties as an accountant. It is agains *** rules, that I volunteerly sign to follow under the Cirular 230 to base tax return fees on the results of the return since that would be a confilct of interest on my part.  Therefore she paid us for our time and production of a tax return in line with the *** and IRS Circular 230.

      Attched is the missing file from my previous response.  This attachement is the electronic proof of the communications between All Accounting and ******* ******** that the accuser ******* said we do not have.  The False accusations must stop as we have shown proof of phone calls between accuser and All Accounting before, during, and after the date the accuser stated in her original complaint.
