    ******************************* **************************************************** ************ March 14, 2024 Better Business Bureau Subject: Formal Complaint against ACM Well Drilling & Sprinkler *** Dear Sir/Madam,I am lodging a complaint against ACM Well Drilling & Sprinkler ***, located at ******************************************************************* for unsatisfactory well drilling services provided to my property at ******************************************************I hired ACM Well Drilling & Sprinkler *** to dig ************** for my residence earlier this year, with an alleged completion date around June 2023. The company, represented by Mr. ****************************** charged $12,800.00, inclusive of three new pumps as per our contract. However, the service rendered was inadequate, leading to frequent water supply disruptions for my Airbnb guests.The issues I encountered include:1. Inadequate Well Construction: One well dug by ACM Well Drilling & Sprinkler *** was confirmed faulty by Mr. ***** himself, causing frequent water supply interruptions.2. Substandard Pump Replacement: Despite payment for three new pumps, I received one new pump and two rebuilt pumps, which did not function effectively.3. Non-functional Salt System: The salt system, part of the contracted service, remains non-operational, causing additional inconvenience.Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, the company failed to take appropriate action. Mr. ***************************** assured me of rectification, but no meaningful action followed.I request the Better Business Bureau's intervention to facilitate a resolution. I seek the following remedies:1. Redo the Faulty Well: ACM Well Drilling & Sprinkler *** must redo the faulty well to ensure a consistent water supply.2. Fix the Salt System: Prompt repair of the non-functional salt system as per our agreement.3. Replace Pumps: Replace all pumps with brand new ones, as per the original contract and payment.4. Honor the Warranty: Uphold the promised warranty, covering any further issues.
