      USA Welding LLC was contracted to build a fence in my house backyard. The Survey and Permits were completed by myself, the owner, and the markings were in the yard for where the fence was to be installed. The contractors invoice for the job was $1,800.00 and was paid in full. However, the Fence was not constructed as requested and it cut much of my property yard. Contractor was asked to fix the issue but he has not. In order to fix his mistake with another company I was quoted $550.00 I am asking from ***** ***** the owner of the USA Welding LLC to either fix the mistake or refund me the money so I can get it fixed with another company. It cannot stay as it is especially when I told Yandy several times how important it is to stay close to the property line so I will not have issues with my neighbors. Repair or Refund please.
