      I had ordered neck cream product from skinpeutics cosmeceuticals for amount of $127.98 on June 28th. Order number ******. My credit card was billed on June 29th by www.vitamin sales online. I have not received the product, I have called them and left messages with my phone number and they have not called back, you can only leave a message. You can not talk to a person, I also contacted them by email and I did get a reply that the **** must have lost package and they would resend it, that was on July 13th. The tracking information from *** is **********************, which shows waiting on shipment. That was the original shipment, never received anything since, so they never shipped it again as I was told per email that it would be. Can you assist in getting this product, if not then a complete refund to my credit card.

      I finally heard from M2 Products Company LLC, they finally sent my product that I had ordered back in June.
      Thank you for your help in this matter, Im sure I would not have heard from them if you had not sent my complaint. Complaint ID ******** can be closed.
