    ******* and team did an excellent job on our builts ins! They were timely and Professinal! I sent them a picture and they delivered exact. ******* and team were very detailed and always asked along the way if we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Love of Lumbar.

    Seems to me that this company has proven to be unworthy of a BBB rating. We ordered work done Sept. 23. Too date no work has been done. This company refuses to answer phone calls or texts. Have them a deposit back in Sept 2023. Cancellation in March 2024. They spent our deposit and then took numerous attempts at collecting our deposit from them. Which is still not paid back in full yet. They are unscrupulous and dishonest. Beware of them. I have the original copy of the contract and all the hundred texts with mostly lying and misleading and deceitful responses

    Hi please email me specifically so we can rectify the situation. We had a huge mishap in our company last year that we are working every day to fix and move forward. Please email me the invoice and info and we will get everything paid back and fixed. Were sorry to have had this be the reflection of our company

    They did not complete the job and left us with an incomplete master closet after weeks of delays, multiple no-call/no-shows, and late arrivals. The products used on the closet are not the quality that we were expecting, there was a lack of craftsmanship, a broken drawer, faulty door hardware, paint overspray, dripping, etc. We are very unhappy with the work and we have not been able to get a simple call back after multiple attempts.
