People should be aware that you have to have a credit card to do business with them before they work for you. All of their business is done online, had to print my name on the email but never put my signature to any contract. It was within 24 hours, they charged my credit card. They wouldn't even consider my position and they had the attitude of tough luck. The tech was here for no more than 1 hour.

1 starThis company gave gas blown into wet dirt to prove water pipe leak. I have video evidence that the pipe goes in a 45 degree angle away from their flag. From real lic/ ins plumbers. The line was dug up and laud!!! They further said all sorts plumbers walked off my job bec i am difficult. They are dishonest and continue the pattern. Slander. Cannot produce. slandered me on BBB and it was allowed. I want a retraction and admission if their incompetence and fraud. Absolutely first class service and I, without hesitation, highly recommend ALD to anyone that has an unresolved leak problem. I contacted ALD on Monday morning and they immediately set up an appointment for the next day advising me that ********************* was to be my technician. Promptly on Tuesday morning ***** arrived with his equipment and after a thorough inspection of my home and property located the source of the leak which was a faulty irrigation valve. My relief was instantaneous especially since I had nightmares of the leak being under the slab ($$$$$$$).
