      I hired Daly Aluminum to replace some areas of rotted fascia and to install a new gutter system on my house. I was quoted $2750.00 for 226 ft of 6-inch of seamless gutter with 8 downspouts and told the fascia would be done on a time an material basis, but would be done on the same day as the gutter install. I was also told that I would be given a price for the fascia work after the current gutters were taken down so they could make sure no areas of rotted fascia were missed. On 11/18 I paid ***** a $550.00 deposit and signed a contract. I was supposed to get a copy of the contract sent to me, but never received it. Early December ***** came out to measure for the gutters and look at the fascia. He took note of the areas of bad fascia that he could see. I was told **** would call me to schedule a date for the work to be done. I never heard from ****. I called on 1/17 and 2/11 to get my job scheduled and told **** I wanted to be home while the work was being done. On 2/26 my daughter's fiancee called me at work and said he thought the gutter people were at the house. I spoke with ****, a sub-contractor, who had informed me he already started hanging the new gutter and he could not replace the fascia because no one told him it needed done. I called on 2/27 and spoke with **** who said he did not know **** was there until he called him after the job was done and that he would send an in-house crew out to take down the gutters, replace the rotted fascia, and rehang the gutters. He could not give me a date but said it would not be long he had to work me into the schedule. There were 6 instead of 8 downspouts installed, **** said he would credit me for 2. I have called several times to get a date scheduled. A gutter is leaking, they are hung on rotted fascia in several spots, and one is not facing the right direction. It has been three weeks since the job was done and no one has come out to do the work that was not done or fix the issues with the gutters.
