    2/10/2022 contract for removal.canary date palm removed.Complaint: Hole not filed in properly, 4" depression in front lawn.Hole filled in with old leaves from tree.Never replace 7 gallon canary date palm as written in contract. office kept telling me for 6 Months all the palms have disease. she only pays 50 dollars for the plant plus labor ? she states I was overpaid for tree.

    As I stated to *************** Lethal yellowing/bronzing is making it difficult to get replacement he wants. I told him I will allow 50$ for him to get a tree if he knows where he can get. When he started threatening me I refuse to engage. That is my offer and is he accepts I will send him cash app or money order. 50$ should cover a 7 gal palm and a couple bags of topsoil to put around. And yes he was paid twice as much as architect said it was worth.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Bold face lie. canary palm is 85 a foot plus dirt and labor to plant and fill.

    SEE THE SAME PROBLEM ON PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS.

    This company bought our tree and paid ** however they did not fill the hole We now have a large gaping hole in our yard . They said they would return the next day as they ran out of fill dirt They never returned and have been making excuses since for not coming back to fill this gaping hole They have quit responding to text

    The hole was filled before crew left and homeowner was very happy and was astounded how professional our crew was. He was told next time in area they would top off hole because they do sometimes sink a bit. No one has stopped responding because I *********************** was texting with The homeowner a few days ago and I assured him next time they were removing palms coming from Ruskin they would add more dirt. Or if he knew someone who could get some bags of dirt I will pay to have done. I told him I will speak to him this week after trying to locate someone to add dirt. Since his wife decided to file a complaint against my company and taking my focus away from the actual task at hand if she has time to  file complaints she can look for someone to finish the job. Otherwise she can wait for the company who removed Palm to do it.
