    We received an estimate from Eric at Veteran Tree Service on May 1st, 2024, for trimming all reachable deadwood from three of our laurel and live oak trees on our property, which we accepted. After completing the job, they left without walking us through to inspect their work, which we found odd. A few days later, several large dead branches started falling, exceeding the agreed scope and causing damage. One particularly massive branch fell onto our path to the front door, damaging the roof and breaking a ceramic planter which could have knocked someone out. We contacted Eric via email, but despite assurances, he never came by. We eventually spoke to Samantha, who initially seemed skeptical and defended Eric. However, after our persistence, she sent the crew back to finish the job and apologized for not conducting a walkthrough initially. They made a second attempt to complete the work, but despite promises to inspect the job afterward, nobody followed up to ensure everything was done as agreed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

    I got an estimate from *********************** on 7/19/2023 to get two Sycamore trees removed from my property. He wrote me a quote for $3,250 which included a $250 cash discount. I got two other quotes one for $2,400 and another for $3,000. After reading the reviews and researching a little bit, I decided to go with them and counter their quote for $2,800 which I think is a very fair price considering that I still need to hire a clean up company to pick up the mulch from grinding the stumps because I was told they dont clean that. I texted **** and received no response from him and I even called and spoke to the sweet lady who picked up the phone and she assured me that she will let **** know and he will get back to me. A week later after this phone call and no one is replying.Looks like a decent company, and I was actually looking forward to working something out and doing business with them. However, its a shame that their communication ***** or maybe its my bad luck!

    Veterans tree service has been over at my neighbors property since 8 AM this morning very loud and ignorant do not care about a residential area didn’t even notify anybody that it was going to happen whatever that’s welcome to great America first I’m shocked at your name veteran I thought maybe be a little bit more kind as I’m sitting out in my backyard I hear two of the workers saying well I think there’s baby squirrels up here oh well guess what I just got evicted RRR I don’t like a company that doesn’t care about wildlife or care about humanity at all so that’s why I’m giving you one star I’ve witnessed for 10 hours now the ignorance of your workers not care about residence in the area not care about wildlife to me that’s a crappy that’s not in United States American citizen run company so for that I’m giving a one star
