    I had an appointment set up by the man who answered the phone when I called. I rearranged my day to accommodate the appointment. Well, they didn't show up and after allowing extra time for their arrival, I called their office to find out what was happening. After explaining this to the young lady who answered, she contacted the tech/part-owner, and told me they were busy with other customers and would arrive sometime before the end of the day. I requested a prior call so i would know when they were enroute. Never got a call back.... at all. No followup call, no apology for never showing up, wasting my time, being discourteous, showing no respect for customers, nothing. Do I want to deal with a company like this....NO.... and neither do you. Sadly, a very poor way to treat customers and shows total lack of customer **********************. However, the young lady on the phone was very polite and did try to help the situation, to no avail.
