Company owner/manager **** sold me a ******* ** system 15 SEER unit July 2024 for *********. (Which Ive now been told is excessively overpriced!!) He was as sweet as could be. I live in ************* and was hit by Hurricane ****** Oct. 2024. (6 weeks after the new install) The new AC (which was not strapped down) was knocked off the ibeam. His repair guy came outeyeballed the condenser and said it was totaled. All Volusia sent me a 5k estimate for new condenser. A different company (for a neighbors unit) was on roof and suggested the ac could be repaired vs replaced. I called Flagler AC spoke to ****. He was rude, combative and yelling; within a *** minutes of talking he told me go fxxk yourself and hung up!! His offc manager ***, *** I called back said you need to find another company. This guy is unethical. Unprofessional and rude!!! Stay away from this company. Flagler All Volusia is truly a buyer beware company! Stay away!!

Hello Ms. ***************** would like the opportunity to clear a few things that are inaccurate and misconstrued with your review, along with documentation to support.

We'll start from the beginning with the Agreement that was signed by both parties prior to installing: $11,942.00 for a Newly Installed 3 Ton 15.2 SEER2 Heat Pump System with Reconstructing the Platform of the Stand, *ull Warranty Registration, Permitting, City Inspection, 5 Year Labor Coverage, Etc. ($10,100.00), a Reme-Halo Whole-Home Air Purification System ($1,192.00), and a Professional Third-Party Outdoor Unit Corrosion Coating with a 5 Year Warranty from the Coating Professionals ($650.00) - completed on July 3rd, 2024. This system was completed with all Code Requirements, along with a required City/County Inspection with their Code Inspector and the result was a Passed Inspection. This INCLUDES having to have a set of specialized Heavy Duty Tie-Down Anchors that secure the Condenser to the Roof-Top Stand to the best of their ability.

Contrary to your statement where you stated "was not strapped down", we have a picture of the condenser after it was installed with the Tie-Down Anchors installed on the unit, along with the passed inspection report that the code inspector saw and verified by code that the tie-down achors were properly installed.

Hurricane ****** came through our area on October 9th & 10th 2024, 14 weeks after the installation. You were our very first service call ran as soon as it was safe to allow our technicians on the road again. Your unit, along with others on your roof top (as we have a picture to show as proof) had succumbed to the Category 2 force winds that our area sustained. Unfortunately, that was not unusual through our Volusia County area as Hurricane's do indeed create unexpected damage. After two of our technicians inspected your condenser, it was determined that the amount of damage that was created from its impact was, in our professional opinion, too much damage to be repaired and a new outdoor unit was recommended.

You did indeed state you had another company inform you that the unit could be repaired and did not have to be replaced. As we have serviced your condominium building many times, even after our recent visit, we have noticed that you had another person indeed replace your Condenser (as we had recommended initially), so we take it that there was indeed too much damage to be repaired. This, too, we have a picture of on record.

During your conversation with our Service Manager, ****, which we do have transcripts of that we review, our service manager did lose his composure after he was cut off aggressively while trying to find a resolution that would satisfy your needs. He asked you to not continue yelling at him as he was trying to resolve your problem at hand for you and through escalated conversation both ways, said the * word, in which you responded with "Go * yourself".

Once more, we apologize for this. After a storm that had damaged the homes of many (including our staff), tensions can be high and while we are determined to provide the best service and assist in every occasion, we can not let an aggressive consumer allow us to lose our compusure.

If there is a resolution that you believe would satisfy you at this time, please feel free to contact our company at any time. Should you not feel we are the best fit for you moving forward with your new condenser, we hope you have found a business that you trust and treats you well.

      Best.
