    My warranty with a new shuriken battery never used. The battery is 8 months old can not use it stored it on a noco charger maintainer. So it keeps the battery fresh. The shuriken bt 80 $310 dollar battery is bad. It won't take a load test. The tech said to just get another. I called the wire zone in ********** they got back and said I got to pay for shipping. There out there mind the price it's 55 pounds. The xs battery sitting next to it is perfect the d3400 full volts and load test 100% good. So now I got to go buy another xs battery and eat up the 310 dollars. I went nuts at the wire zone and metra electronics. Now the tech is saying there's nothing wrong with the battery to get the last laugh. I want my money back and shuriken batteries should go out of business.

    This consumer bought this battery from the wire zone. He was rude and obnoxious to my tech Department and left ridiculously foul messages to tech and to sales at our company. i thought it odd that he was complaining about a shipping fee back to where he bought it from and never asked us for any remuneration...only that he "would make a trip to our location with some Italians from **" as a threat...I think if there is a problem he should go back to the wire zone for compensation.
