  Took our money to replace the roof on our condo building. Did not pay supplier who filed a lien on our building which we had to pay. So had to have a special assessment to pay for materials twice. Then filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

  After signing contract with them after completion of our roof 1 year later, we paid them a total of $405,000 and STILL HAD leaking problems coming through the ceilings, floors, skylights and other areas of our home that hadnt even leaked before and NUMEROUS chances to repair and stop the leaks they were UNSUCCESSFUL causing more and more damage inside our home. We had an inspection done only to learn our roof was installed improperly and couldnt be warrantied by manufacturer due to improper installation, ********************* that werent done. Even then we still gave them the opportunity to replace the damaged areas (about $150k total). R&R wouldnt do the work even after the manufacturer offered free replacement materials to them. We had no choice but to hire another roofing company and replace the terrible roofing job they did costing us $535k this time due to inflation and materials costing more in 2023 vs 2020. After almost a year of lawyers costs and R&R cancelling mediations, meetings, ect. ****** now filed bankruptcy THREE TIMES NOW !!!!!!! Do not ever use this awful nightmare of a roof company that we trusted to keep our home safe, now weve paid almost $1 million dollars for 1 roof to be replaced the correct way were now out lawyers fees, plus all repairs done inside our home, not including the closet floors, doors and walls that now have mold from leaking for almost a year. I hope that the owner of this company does whats right and pays us for the nightmare weve gone through with roofs since 2020/21

  My company was hired to handle marketing services by the CEO and VP of this company. Unfortunately, they have not honored their contractual agreement with my firm and *** three months of services rendered (June-August 2024).I am a small, woman, veteran owned business and non-payment for services rendered greatly affects my day to day operations. Thankfully, I was able to pause the account. Allegedly, the CEO told the staff that their paychecks may bounce at a staff meeting, which I brought up to the CEO and he did not correct **** immediately paused the account and tried to get what's owed paid in full. I was told by the ** that they were trying to borrow money. I offered to take a credit card but the CEO told me that if he had it he would give it to me, but he didnt have it. I can't imagine how many small businesses are owed. We have given them nearly a month to pay after the three months of non-payment for services and have always gone above and beyond for the account. This is beyond unsettling.The CEO also personally asked me to help dispel rumors that they did not pay their vendors last year, which I helped to do and now I'm personally witnessing. I looked their names up on ****** to get the right names to look up on Volusia Clerk of Courts. I should have done this before I took on the account. I read judgements and historical records that paint an interesting situation of non-payments in the past. I hope they decide to do the right thing and pay what is owed to my small company and anyone else that they may owe.
