    We bought 2 Air conditioning units from them for over $10K 1.5 years ago. One of them was dripping water through our ceiling, they eventually fixed that. But the other makes a very loud knocking noise, seems like a broken actuator valve, but the owner of the company, ****, refuses to repair it, and said "I am never setting foot into that apartment again". I assure you I was not threatening or abusive or anything that would warrant such a response. And there is nothing wrong with my apartment. He simply does not want to service us anymore, and this is shocking. And I am pretty sure our equipment is within warranty.

    this customer is well over his one year labor warranty that we offer with our installs. due to his rude and agressive behavior we have decided to not service this customer again. I see he states he wasn't threatening or abusive, but when a conversation from this customer starts with "You better", we concider that threatening.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    They refuse to provide a paid service call, but I wouldn't want it from them at this point anyway.  They do not support their installations after warranty with a paid service call.
