Company did not provide services as expected. I was provided a quote and advised they make 7 trips. They were specifically advised that the iguanas turned up between 2pm and 4pm daily on a nearby oak and jumped onto the balconies. Redline only placed traps around the area and kept rebaiting with fresh fruit while the old fruit basically rotted away and was not cleaned out of the traps. They were advised that the iguanas were avoiding the traps and still did not change approach. The two instances where they agreed to come by with pellet guns, they did not show up. Disappointing service at the very least. I believe they only rely on trapping and if they need to spend more time or manpower on other solutions they do not take action.

We are sorry that you are not happy with the service, however, there are many inaccuracies in your review.1. More than one iguana was removed. We sent you updates with pictures so I am not sure where the confusion is.2. We called/texted you on days when the weather was less than ideal. We do this in order to make sure nothing is trapped in order to be humane to the animals while at the same time saving visits for a more ideal time to deal with them. We told you prior to starting that this would be the case as you live in a townhome and are limited to removing them on your property.3. We did make several visits, in fact we made 8 visits to the property which was more than agreed at no additional cost and I told you we would return if you saw more activity.4. We also informed you that we could not do any preventative measures as they were not practical. We told you from the beginning that we could not do tree wraps there.5. We called you to work things out today and you did want to talk it.6. I am still willing to work things out so please call us if youd like.
