    I purchased a product this year from Undersun Fitness. The product being their Extra Light Resistance band among others. The band snapped in October while doing some light rehab exercises, well within their warranty window. Ive attempted multiple times through multiple avenues to have the product replaced (they make it difficult to contact them regarding warranty issues) and although they responded initially, they have since not responded to a single email or message Ive sent them.

    I purchased resistance bands from UnderSun (via ****** ) in September 17, 2023. It came with a 1-year warranty. One of the bands tore within a couple months. After looking up their customer service warranty claim process, I submitted a claim on March 13, 2024. I received a generic emailed reply from ******* telling me to use the webform which I did. Then, after not hearing anything for a couple weeks, I sent another email checking in. To date, I have sent at least 3 emails and have received no replies to either the warranty claim webform online or emails. I have filled out their contact us for in their website multiple times and received no replies. I also tried to call but the 800 number did not go through. Your help would be MOST appreciated!

    I purchased a band set from the business in Jan 2022. At the time of my purchase the business had a lifetime replacement warranty on their bands. This is one of the main reasons I purchased from this business. I have two bands that are currently failing. I noticed that on the business website they now only warranty new purchases for a year. This wasnt the case when I purchased my band set.I have attempted contact with the business multiple times and asked about the warranty situation. I can not get a straight answer and it takes forever to get a reply. I feel that the business should honor the warranty that was in place when I originally purchased the band set. I have given the business my original order number and order date but they have provided no assistance in resolving the matter.

    I purchased resistance bands from this company (via Amazon ) in April of this year. A couple of the bands have frayed and I wanted to submit a warranty request. After emailing their customer service to find out the warranty claim process, I submitted a claim on Sept 8. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, I sent another email checking in. To date, I have sent 3 emails and have received zero replies to either the warranty claim or emails. I have filled out their contact us for in their website multiple times and received zero replies. I even tried to reach out via Instagram and again, zero response.
