    I ordered a refrigerator last week. I received messages informing me about the tracking, the expected delivery date, and instructions. I also received calls from their customer service staff (not automated like the ones I received from another company from which I purchased another appliance). It was delivered right on time, as promised. All went well. I would buy from them again. :)

    I placed an order on 11/30, I called when I still didn't receive the item on 12/19 I finally got through to someone who unceremoniously told me that my order was cancelled and an email was sent. I have NO email of this and both my cell and email address were correct on my receipt. So now, just before Christmas I don't have a gift I expected. There was no offer of help or any solution whatsoever. I was told I should have called to confirm the stock of the item, which allegedly is disclaimed on their site. I would think a receipt and confirmation was enough, but not for this organization.Very disappointing experience.

    The customer placed the order on 11/30.  It took us some time to get a response from our supplier, who told you there was no stock of the item and no ETA, but we DID SEND A CANCELLATION EMAIL.  Maybe our email went to the spam folder of the customer.


    We try very hard to show only products that are available, but sometimes that's not possible on 100% of the products we list.
