    They sold me a stolen car and took my down payment and left me in debit with the bank I called them to see if they paid back the bank but no response

    Title and Ownership Checks: Before purchasing any vehicle, we perform comprehensive title checks to ensure that the vehicle has a clean and legal title. This is a crucial step to avoid any potential legal complications or ownership disputes.
    Vehicle History Reports: We also obtain detailed vehicle history reports for each car we consider purchasing. These reports provide information about the car's previous owners, accidents, and other important details that help us assess its history.

    What really happened is that you did not make your 1st payment to your financing company, so we had to buy back your contract from the bank.
    So yes, we have paid the bank under 1st payment default by customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: you guys refuse to give me the rest of my refund and lie to my face saying that you guys will call me back and never do you guys did it before and I knew you guys were going to do it again this is why I do not think you guys are Responsible not to keep a promise yes, you guys are disrespectful. I still have messages of you guys responding to me through text and threatening me to bring in the car key. and I dont think anyone seriously sincerely buy a car from you the way you disrespect people me respectfully I dont think I should forgive you guys you guys took my car, my money and my dignity, including The fact that my credit is super low because of you guys my credit was at 650 when I went to you guys Now my credit went to a 400 and Im slowly building it up back, so honestly, I dont forgive you guys you guys miss my hopes and *********** my credit Have a great day

    you did not make your 1st payment to your financing company, so we had to buy back your contract from the bank.

    Sincerely, I have proof and evidence that I paid it so please come with something else I spoke to the bank infront of you and a officer over heard the bank so the things you saying is straight lies and I was supposed to get the other half of my down payment I will take everything down you told me if I bring the key you guys will give me my down payment and I did but you guys gave me only half of my payment and Im still waiting for the other $1,500  Im waiting for you guys to be the bigger person but you guys are just proving me right that you guys are wrong and disrespectful and lying to me and other people that goes to you thank again for everything but if you want me to take this down Ill would love to get the rest of my down payments and promise to take it down thank you and goodbye
