    Not customer friendly at all. Before I go on yes I used the f word and my middle finger but I was frustrated. I came for the first time to do a car wash and just needed some guidance. After I went through my car went off the track and they told me I had to go through the car wash again because there wasn't enough soap. I was already frustrated and just asked for my refund. the manager of the store named ****** approached me with such a condescending attitude that he was not looking to help me at all. it wasn't the money it was the way I was treated I got frustrated and used expletives because I didn't know what else to do. I even said keep the money just give me back the tip he said he couldn't do it .why am I tipping for bad customer service? finally I got the owner's number and after he spoke to them and got their side he called me back and told me he wasn't going to judge me but I was the one that used the f word and put the middle finger up when I tried to explain he wouldn't let me talk he just said we're going to give you your refund and this is your first and last time here. that is no problem .I wouldn't even want the refund if you were nice but you were willing to listen to The other guys side of the story and not mine that is not good customer service by the way when your employee walks away from One customer to get payment from the other that speaks volumes about your business no wonder you guys are not busy. Actually good customer service skills would be to hear both sides Good luck to this rude money oriented non helpful business.
