      They never seem to be able to provide the service that I have paid for for many years. I am on hold for hours and have already tried 6-7 times today to get a response. I paid for service that I no longer am able to get. They are too short-staffed and they have also slashed their hours of service.

      We received five inbound calls from our customer, ***** *******. Our technician was able to answer the call, but unfortunately, it was a dead air, as evident from the first screenshot that was uploaded. We called back the customer and were able to resolve the issue. Upon speaking with her, we discovered that she had become concerned because Bitdefender had flagged our website. We reassured her that there was no cause for concern and that the issue was resolved. The customer did not have any other concerns or issues. Thank you.
