    I booked a dance cruise from this company Aventura Dance Cruise ADC World Largest Latin Dance Cruise ***** name: ******** Santa **** Autentico Cruise Dates: November 8th - 11th, 2024 Departing from ***** to ******, ******** Payments made: total of $1,087.55 Deposit of $51.50in Dec 2023 With 4 payments total $922.85 And 2 other payments of $81.60 Cruise was paid in full as agreed. Cruise was paid off by June 2024 Company sent an email stating that they were cancelling the cruise due an unfortunate cancellation To rest assure we were getting a full refund as quick as possible. I completed the required form and returned by deadline. ********* phone number, website and support email have been shut down out of business. As of today, 12/16/2024 I have not received my full refund. I have emailed multiples, attempted to call without any success. No correspondence as being received from this company.

    In November, 2023, I signed up for a cruise with *** for November, 2024 on **************. I used Uplift loan company to pay for the cruise. I made monthly payments of $130 to Uplift until August, 2024. In June, 2024, ********************* announced they were canceling the cruise and to please email them information regarding how much we had paid and other information. Since then I have not gotten my money back, and the company, ***, has gone silent. They haven't responded to myself or to my friend's emails. All together, I paid $1,171.53 including the interest from Uplift. I would appreciate any help or direction in getting this money back. Thank you

    Booked a ************** canceled and never refunded me the money. They shut down their web pages, disconnected their phone and reviews on goggle were disabled. The cruise was scheduled for November 8, 2024.

    A group of four booked a cruise with Aventura Dance Cruise productions. We booked it March 7, 2024 and it was supposed to sail out November 8, 2024 out of *****. The cruise was paid in five payments. On July 19th, we received an email that *** was canceling the cruise. The next day we received an email regarding a refund. We had to actually request the refund! I emailed the request and haven't received any response or my money. This is a fraudulent company.

    A cruise was advertised and promoted scheduled to happen on November 8-11, 2024. I purchased a cabin for 3 people and made monthly payments. On July the 2024, I received an email informing me the cruise was to be cancelled with no details provided on the reason why. I completed the form and followed the instructions on how to request the refund, they had a clause of no refund for any reason, but I did not cancel, they canceled the entire cruise. They are responding emails or phone calls. I also received several calls from them offering a trip cancellation insurance policy, which I found very strange. I am still waiting for them to refund the money they charged.

    Reserved ticket for 2024 ADC Productions annual salsa cruise to occur on Nov 8-11. Monthly installment payments were made until full amount was paid. They then announced that cruise had been cancelled and a refund request would need to be completed and submitted by a set deadline. *** has now removed their social media accounts and their number is no longer in service. They are not responding to any email inquiries.

    I booked a cruise on ********************** through this company. It was a special Salsa Cruise, which has been taking place yearly for the last ten years. There was an option to book with a deposit, and make monthly payments. I, along with two other persons, booked a room together in January 2024, and made monthly payments until our reservation was fully paid off in July 2024. Two weeks after our reservation was paid in full, we received an email communication that the cruise was cancelled, and that they needed a few weeks to start processing refunds. It has not been two months, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, we have not received a response to our request for a refund.

    In January of this year I reserved a cruise with Aventura Dance Cruise set to Sail November 8-11th, 2024. After giving a $250 deposit and been charged monthly payments of $167.39 for the next 6 months, last payment been withdrawn on 07/01/24. On July 19th we received an email saying the cruise was cancel due to circumstances beyond their control. No further explanation or details we given. On July 20th we received another email with instructions on how to apply for the refund. I send all information requested. I have not been able to contact them since then. Their website, and social media accounts are not working. By email you only get an automated reply with we are still working on the refunds. It's been 2 months since the cancellation.

    I made a Reservation Number: ******* in November of 2023. Deposit of $250. and Installments of $167 mo. until the cruise in November of 2024. I got a notice via email that the EVENT WAS CANCELLED. To get your money back one had submit a form with the details of the reservation by August 3... I filled out the form on July 20th. They said the would get back with me. However, as today no one answers the phone (it appears now to be out of business), and my emails requesting an update .... Receive no answer. This is a scam and I need to report it. I would like to file this complain with the hopes that I would receive a refund.

    A cruise was advertised and promoted scheduled to happen on November 8-11, 2024. The business accepted monthly payments and processed them about a year in advance. I purchased for two people in their monthly payment plan. On July 19, 2024, I received an email informing me the cruise was to be cancelled with no details provided on the reason why it was to be cancelled. The email was vague with respect to receiving the expected refunds for those who had already paid for it using words like "in the next few days you will be receiving an email from ADC with instructions/options for those who purchased tickets on the ********************** **** Autntico Cruise." and "know that you will be receiving more details regarding this disappointing cancellation in the next few days via email from ADC." I did receive the follow up email with questions about my purchase and I filled out and returned to them on July 20, 2024. This email requesting information was vague too with statements like this one "Once the number of Cruise Attendees seeking refunds has been determined, and the time to submit a refund request has expired, ADC will begin the process of issuing refunds based upon the funds available as quickly as possible;". I have followed up multiple times to get status on refund with no reply. Their phone # is not active and business shows permanently closed. This is concerning.
