    Ive moved my factoring to FFS and have had a great experience. There are no hidden fees and they always fund me as promised. The customer service has been top notch.

    We have been trying to get a hold of Freight Factoring Specialists LLC for over a month, they never pick up the phone!! Freight Factoring Specialists LLC filed **** in our name 7 years ago!! They failed to terminate them in a timely manner and still are refusing our calls. It is holding up our business and causing a lot of issues. So our only solution is to leave 1 star reviews every day until it is resolved. We really hope it does not get the point where we need to get the Better Business Bureau involved.

    This company is very unprofessional, you have to submit documents to them before 1pm eastern time to get paid the next day, but the issue is that they dont pay, they send out these emails to the brokers to confirm and if the broker takes their time in responding the payment remains pending or they decline payment, you will remain in a contract with them for one year and they will Renew the contract without letting you know. They do not respond to emails, mind you the first year they did everything perfectly fine, until the second year, I believe if we are in contract with a factoring company it is to get paid asap, not to stay pending for two three days, then what is the purpose of a factoring company when most broker companies have quick pay, I do not recommend this company I have had the worst last four months ever, they are slacking and their service is the worst.

    This is the WORST Factoring company in the industry. They have very hight rates, do not sign a contract with them due to they renew a contract without let you know. People in this company is disgusting and very unprofessional.
