This company uses deceiving practices to secure customer appointment, offering free money from federal programs. I have advised multiple time to get my number removed from their database, as I am also registered in the donotcall registry. They use spam and lies to get appointments and offer non-existent programs, to unaware customers.Business Response

Service started 2021 and ended February 2023, at the beginning the company was set to only install solar power panels, once complete a representative informed me that the program also offered pool temperature regulation and that was completed, the representative then went on to inform me that their company also handles air conditioning and informed me my system was too small for my home. I inquired on the price of these services however was never informed how much they would cost me. At this time a pool screen was also placed around the pool. Services kept on being added without information regarding cost. I was charged ******* for the services mentioned above. The dispute is due to the lack of communication regarding services and their cost, the solar engery panels were installed however I was not informed if they are working and have received no status update. The pool screen repair was completed however no information was provided regarding warranty and who to reach out to should further repair be needed. I kept inquiring on the cost of the air conditioning and other services however was never provided an answer. I have been attempting to call the company at various times and through various numbers since February of 2023 to no avail. I have left voice messages with every number I have however no one has contacted me.Business Response

With regards to the old equipment, as a contractor old equipment is never left on the property according to local ordinances. If **************** wanted the old equipment, she should have made arrangement to do so.

GOOD MORNING, my complaint is my windows are installed . They never show. Project was scheduled, to b complete by 23 sep.The company show up my back door not finished. Hazardous. I have called the company Over. 20 Time I took off work Friday and today Noone call . .the windows are laying in the back yard. Also my back door still not complete. Hazardous. I hired this company to install solar panels, a solar attic fan, and a monitoring device based on their analysis of my home. I ended up paying for a system that barely covers 30% of my usage and they have never installed my solar attic fan even though I paid them in full. It has been over 30 days and they are not responding to me by phone, text, or email. I paid for the attic fan and they never installed it. The system they installed was NOT was the told me I would be getting when I signed the contract. They lied and defrauded me into purchasing this system and now do not want to answer me.Business Response

Initially, the necessary steps were clearly explained, and at each step of the process, your consent was sought and confirmed through your signature. This procedure was in accordance with the terms set forth in the contract, building permit, and HOA permit that you signed. Furthermore, the calculation of your energy consumption was performed using the information provided in your existing electric bill, as was agreed upon prior to the commencement of the project. Based on this data, the installation of the solar panels was planned and executed, with your agreement at that time being duly noted.
It is important to note that any changes in your energy consumption that occurred after the completion of the work may necessitate additional upgrades, additions, or changes. As per our agreement, the responsibility for these modifications would fall to you.

I am rejecting this response because: I specifically mentioned that the company failed to install the Solar Attic Fan as per the the proposal work order that they submitted in their documents. Since I never received the fan and the company stopped responding to me I again request that the money that I paid for the attic fan be refunded to me. They can keep the fan and I want that portion refunded. Thank you.
